queen yahna: ain't it time

Another extremely rare underground record on P&P. This time however and quite shockingly not a Patrick Adams or a Greg Carmichael production. Nonetheless 'Ain't It time' is a massive disco cut written, arranged and produced by Arthur Manning and P. J. Wyatt paired with great vocals by soul, disco and gospel vocalist Gwendolyn Dennison better known for her stage name as Queen Yahna. Queen Yahna's career has seen her perform on Broadway as Maria in the hit musical, Porgy & Bess and the National Company of The Wiz as Evillene. Based in Berlin, Germany, Queen Yahna has had a successful career outside theater as well, cutting a few dance records over the years.
