Vintage Future's latest release on Elypsia Records features Vann Johnson and Syndicate of Swing. Vintage Future is the alter ego of Mark Taylor. Mark is also a trusted member of Juan Atkins' legendary band Model 500. "Conceptions Inspirations" is a true Detroit style track with jazzy acid notes accompanying the airy vocals of Vann Johnson whilst floating on a blanket of bass. "Sweet Love" is, apart from a sexy track, a deep track with jazzy trumpets, electronic pianos, and minimalistic vocals. The bass is groovy, deep, and filled with futuristic modulations.
