For our first release, we are proud to present 3 reissued tracks from Canadian house pioneer Nick Holder! Nick has been instrumental in the deep house sound that developed in the 90's and his vast catalogue of remixes and original productions speaks for itself. We carefully selected these gems from the extensive DNH records catalogue to bring you "Nick Holder - Selected Works" All three tracks have been remastered. "Love is blind" (DNH 50) leads off the EP with warm emotive pads, muted horns and a melancholy vocal sample. The B side continues with Blackman (DNH 49), another signature Holder track featuring an infectious call-to-action spoken word set over Nick's classic 4-to-the-floor drums. We round off the EP with "She likes it (remix)" (DNH 53) This track hits all the right places with its afro styled drums and female vocal/chant throughout.
