Shenoda returns to Aus with his Chromatic EP, following 12"s for Hypercolour and ManMakeMusic that consistently and capably meld house and techno along with burly drum work and long, stirring breakdowns. His Chromatic EP packs in three powerful cuts with "Blame," a track that drives a dense, staggered kick under blood-curdling tension and dramatic synth builds; "Musical Mob," which follows with scuffling drums and a bold, peak-hour synth line; and "Shores," which closes up with a shimmering soundbuild giving way to a dense and full-bodied bass pattern.
