Following Tripeo's acclaimed 2014 debut album Anipintiros, the artist asked a few of his friends to reinterpret his release. Anipintiros Reworks Part II explores the harder mixes. Blawan goes full-throttle during his sonically destructive reconstruction of "Anipintiros #7." Not for the faint at heart. Ben Sims does what Ben Sims does best with his rework of "Anipintiros #5": over-driven grooves; acidic sequences kept together by the relentless tempo of a high-speed train. Closing the EP is the mysterious Cadans, whose skillful and highly detailed rework of "Anipintiros #1" shows him to be a master of his art.
