With Music For Race, Italian duo Marvin & Guy present a more conceptual approach informed by long countryside drives, the names of classic cars as learned from an illustrated children's books, a yearning to move away from the pack of identikit dance music, and a need to connect with their music in a physical way, as provided by the recorded hand-clapping refrain running throughout the tracks.
