New York Trax opened its door to producers worldwide through its new incarnation: New York Trax Imports. The first record on New York Trax Imports is a split EP by the Stockholm-based artist Dawid Dahl and Another Alias, a seasoned techno producer from Ireland. Dawid Dahl’s ‘Krig’ and ‘Gehenna’ are two beautiful, yet intense and dark tracks. They are accompanied by ‘Craic Fiend’, a ruthless face melter combining fast tempo, distortion and a mind-blowing off-beat breakdown.
